Technical descroption:
AC Resistance Welding machine 2 sets : Max current - 16000A; (10000A). Nominal capacity: 35KVA.
Braided wire welding machine 2 sets
Other welding joints use the other four welding machines.
MFAC welding machine 2 sets; Max current: 10000A;
For: A) Bimetal/ Moving contact braid
B) Terminal braid/ Arc conductor/Bimetal
Nominal capacity:20KVA
Four turntable, two turntable with eight working station, two with twelve working station. The first turntable is used for assembly and screwing. The other turntables are used for welding.
All welding electrodes are equipped with water cooling system, cooling water provided by customer.
Machine is suitable for (0.7-1.0 mm)bimetal.
Turntable A is used to assembly terminal parts.:
Turntable A has 8 working station, works on assemblt of Terminal off, terminal stirrup and terminal screw. Working process as below:
1. Terminal stirrup to be fed by vibrator and passes material isolation device; then manipulator grips and put it into fixture on the turntable; turntable turns, terminal stirrup positioning device fix its position abd check it's in the right place or not. Check whether hole of terminal stirrup has before assembly.
2. Terminal off to be fed by vibrator and passes material isolation device; then manipulator grips and put it into fixture; turntable turns, terminal off positioning device fix its position and check it's in the right place or not. Check whether hole of terminal off has before assembly.
3. Turntable turns, vibrator feed terminal screw, blowing system blows it into screwing device loaction gap; then screwing decice goes down and fix the screw ( screwdriver controled by torque ); then turntable turns, check the screwing is good or not.
4. Turntable turns, if screw is correctly fixed manipulator will take the assembled product from the fixture and put it into fixture of turntable B; if not, put into rejection chute.
5. Turntable turns, check unloading finished or not and repeat cycle "1" to "5".
Turntable B for terminal Braid and terminal off welding (one welding point):
Turntable B has 8 working station, works on welding of terminal braid and terminal off. Working process as below:
1. Terminal off was taken from turntable A into fixture of turntable B.
2. Turntable turns, terminal off positioning device fix its position and check it's in the right place or not.
3. Manipulator takes terminal braid from braid welding & cutting machine E and put it into turntable B fixture.
4. Turntable turns, terminal braid positioning device fix its position and check it's in the right place or not.
5. Turntable turns, welding machine welds; turntable turns to an empty station.
6. Turntable turns, transferring manipulator take product from turntable B and put it into fixture of turntable C.
7. Turntable turns, check unloading finished or not and repeat cycle "1" to "7".
Turntable C for terminal braid, Arc conductor and Bimetal welding ( one welding point):
Turntable C has 12 working station, works on welding of terminal braid,Arc conductor and bimetal. Working process as below:
1. Manipulator takes bimetal from turntable D and put it into turntable C fixture.
2. Turntable turns, bimetal positioning device fix its position and check it's in the right place or not, at the same time add flux.
3. Arc conductor to be fed by vibrator and passes material isolation device; then manipulator grips and put it into fixture on turntable C;
4. Turntable turns, Arc conductor positioning device fix its position and check it's in the right place or not.
5. Turntable turns, manipulator takes Terminal braid from turntable B and put it onto turntable C fixture,
6. Turntable turns, terminal braid positioning device fix its position and check it's in the right place or not.
7. Turntable turns, welding machine welds. Turntable turns to an empty station.
8. Turntable turns, manipulator inloads product from turntable C,
9. Turntable turns, check unloading finished or not and repeat cycle "1" to "9".
Turntable D for terminal braid, moving contact and bimetal welding ( two welding points):
Turntable D has 12 working station, works on welding of terminal braid, moving cotact and bimetal. Working process as below:
1. Moving contact to be fed by vibrator and passes material isolation device; then manipulator grips and put it into fixture on the turntable D; turntable turns, positioning device fix its position and check it's in the right place or not.
2. Bimetal to be fed by vibrator and passes material isolation device; then manipulator grips and put it into fixture on the urntable D; turntable turns, positioning device fix its position and check it's in the right position and check it's in the right place or not. In the welding position of Bimetal and moving contact add flux.
3. Manipulator takes terminal braid from braid welding & cutting machine and put it into turntable D fixture. Turntable turns, terminal Braid positioning device fix its position and check it's in the right place or not.
4. Turntable turns, welding machine 1 welds.
5. Turntable turns, welding machine 2 welds.
6. Turntable turns to an empty station; turntable turns, transferring manipulator take product from turntable D and put it into fixture of turntable C.
7. Turntable turns, check unloading finished or not and repeat cycle "1" to "7".
E&F are for braid wire welding and cutting.
Braid welding & cutting feeding adopt rolling material feeding method. Material will go through shaping device to welding station. After first welding, manipulator moves one step for second point welding, at the same time cut machine cut and manipulator takes away welded prodict. Machine is suitable for (1-4mm) wire. May need to replace the jig. Wire cutter and also east to be replaced,
Note:
1. We will add dimension inspection for all related components when feeding, machine will not stop due to incorrect component dimension. All camera rejection will kick unqualified product out of feeder.
2. CTQ (critical to quality) dimensions variations obtained will be absorbed.
3. Hardware warranty is one year but dose not include technician service fee.
4. All components with holes will be checked before assembly or welding (Terninal stirrup & terminal off)
5. Whole machine will be in a closed fram, vibrator equipped with separate enclosure.
